Below is an example of what can happen if you dont pay close attention while painting. The white was accidentally painted blue, luckily in this case that only meant reapplying the stencil and trying again.
The reason this happened was that the color assigned to the stencil was written on the back side (usually it is on the front). Once the stencil was attached to the wall, I couldnt read my color notes and assumed that it must obviously be the blue dress...
Next time always double check.
